Jason contacted us to say that he was currently keeping sales and customer tracking information in an Excel template full of formulas and conditions, and that this working model was causing problems in tracking and creating long delays in searching for information.
2. Opportunity
We saw a clear opportunity to improve and streamline the process of uploading and tracking relevant data as well as the possibility to present customised reports on costs and commissions per sale.
3. Implemented Solution
A custom-developed 100% web system was created with the ability to access from multiple devices, unlike Excel which required remote access to a specific computer.
The web-based system was customised to adapt each data field to the client's needs for quick searches of relevant information as well as the visualisation of reports in real time.

1. Details of the case
Matias told us that he was having problems managing patients in his veterinary clinic. At that time, he had 4 individual consulting rooms and people had to take an appointment manually with a number and then each doctor had to call the next number regardless of the type of speciality or order.
2. Opportunity
We found that given the physical layout of the waiting room, we could develop a ``Totem`` style self-management system in which users can see on a screen the doctor segmented by specialty, so that appointments can be taken in a more orderly and efficient manner.
3. Implemented Solution
A customised system was developed in a private and local environment in which people approach a touch screen on which they can see the Veterinarians who are attending at that moment detailing their specialties, by giving a single touch to the screen a ticket is printed automatically on a thermal printer connected to the touch screen. On the other hand, the selected doctor receives an alert on his computer notifying the presence of a patient and detailing the order number to be attended.

The sales & commercial leadership team contacted us to help them with their internal merchandising order management system for their salespeople and managers, at that time they were keeping the records of each salesperson in spreadsheets, this affected them negatively when it came to modifying and analysing data.

We realised that an internal order management system could facilitate the organisation, management and logistics for the delivery of the different products.

An internal system was developed with different access and levels for vendors and administrators, the same system works as an e-commerce internal management based on a credit system, and multiple customised reports were created to facilitate the correct functioning of the internal organisation.

The client had multiple spreadsheets full of cost formulas to calculate the cost of importing different products, based on these formulas, we created a superior solution.

A customised system was developed which allowed the management of an ABM of products together with an ABM of taxes and logistics operators, combining the information of the three to automatically generate the cost of importing a product placed at the customer's door, taking into account values such as container capacity, transit days, delays and customs costs.

We have developed a customised system designed so that anyone with a property for commercial purposes can create an account and upload their properties free of charge. The system also has an algorithm that allows us to determine whether the price of the property is higher or lower depending on the average for the area, together with other multiple parameters such as the road on which it is located or the number of floors.
